      • 6 hours – Covers key events like the ceremony, family photos, and some reception highlights.

      • 8 hours – Includes getting ready, the ceremony, formal portraits, reception details, and special moments like the first dance and cake cutting.

      • 10+ hours – Ideal for couples who want full-day coverage, including pre-ceremony preparations and late-night reception fun.

      Ultimately, the number of hours depends on the specifics of your wedding day schedule, and I’m happy to work with you to create a package that suits your timeline and vision!

  2. What is included in your wedding packages?

    Pre-Wedding Consultation A meeting or call to discuss your wedding details, timeline, and any specific shots or preferences.

    Photography Coverage A range of coverage options, from 6 to 10+ hours, depending on the package selected, ensuring I capture all the key moments of your day.

    Edited High-Resolution Photos A curated collection of fully edited, high-resolution images delivered in a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing with friends and family.

3. How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?

Booking & Payment Questions

  1. How do we book you for our day/ photoshoot?

    If you'd like to book your date with me please send me a message via the contact form with all the information you have.

  2. What is your payment structure?

    In order to book the date I need an online signature on a contract and payment of a 25% deposit (with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your wedding/photoshoot).

  3. What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, I understand that unexpected changes can happen, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. Here’s what to expect:

    1. Rescheduling

      • If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability. If the new date falls within the same year, there’s typically no additional fee. However, reschedules for the following year may involve a small adjustment to reflect any pricing changes.

    2. Cancellation

      • In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking typically cannot be refunded, as it reserves your date. However, I handle each situation individually and can discuss options, especially in unforeseen circumstances.

1.Do you scout the photoshoot location beforehand?

Scouting the location helps me prepare for different lighting conditions, plan shots, and ensure I’m fully ready to capture your day seamlessly. It also allows me to discuss any specific areas you’d like highlighted, so we can incorporate your vision into the photos.

2.What happens if there is bad weather on our photoshoot day?

Regardless of the weather, I’ll make sure we get a beautiful collection of images that reflect your day. Rest assured, rain or shine, your photos will be stunning!

Editing & Delivery Questions

  1. Do you offer photo albums or prints?

  3. Do you keep backups of our photos?

    Yes, I take every precaution to ensure your photos are safe. I keep multiple backups of all images during the editing process and after final delivery. Here’s how I manage backups:

    On-Site Backups During the photoshoot day, I use memory cards with dual slots, which means each photo is saved to two cards in real-time, providing an immediate backup.

    Post-Shoot Backup After the photoshoot, I transfer the images to multiple hard drives to prevent data loss. I maintain these backups throughout the editing process.

    Long-Term Storage Once I deliver the final gallery, I typically keep a backup for a designated period (usually at least one year) in case you need additional copies.
